Depression Recovery YouTube Channel
In 2012, I started a YouTube channel as a way to share my experience and knowledge about the journey of healing from depression and anxiety. Since its inception, the channel has slowly grown. With over 500 published videos that contain practical tools and coping strategies for depression recovery, the channel has attracted over 75,000 subscribers worldwide.
What I love about YouTube is that it is interactive. Through the process of reading and answering the comments about my videos as well as email communications, I am able to participate in an ongoing dialogue with my viewers.
In addition, through my weekly YouTube live video chats, I have had the privilege of facilitating a virtual online support group where people come together to support each other in their healing.
